Allegria Hotel & Spa

I spend a lot of time in New York City. My job takes me all over but in the last three years I have spend so much time in New York City that at one time in 2009 I actually told people that I lived there.

WIth my new position as a Supervisor I don't get to fly around as much I did in the past.  That has changed a little now that I have been conducting onboard evaluations for Flight Attendants. I have been able to travel around again and it really makes me realize how much I miss being an actual Flight Attendant.

One of my latest adventures was a two night stay in New York at the Allegria Hotel & Spa in Long Beach, NY. I know, Long Beach, NY, what could be exciting about that? It's 30 degrees in NYC and the only thing laying around the beach is sand.

The thing with me is that I can find fun in anything I do. Some of my best layovers as a Flight Attendant were on Syracuse, Rochester, and White Plains, NY. After my two nights in Long Beach at the Allegria I realized that the party doesn't come to me - I am the party!
